We are now
in the process of FULLY developing the farm!! We are
currently building our new 6 stall barn, including
two foaling stalls for our expected Trakehner
foals in the Spring, and entrance foyer with
cubbies. We are also constructing our Tack
House that will provide plenty of room for tack,
feed, second story storage and sitting room with
kitchenette.
Stall board
includes full care, custom diet plan, 10x10 matted stalls
with 30 ft gravel runs plus all of our new amenities
as well as those already in place. Horses are
turned out in
beautiful spacious paddocks with each having
it's own water supply and large run-in shelter.
We also rotate horses through the summer pasture
that is now in place to offer free grazing and
encourage the natural trajectory of the horse. We
have approximately 20 acres of trails, a 60 foot round pen,
& a Brand New 140 x 70 outdoor sand and wood arena
with jumps and Dressage fittings.

We do require an
application & interview for potential boarders,
& all boarding contracts require a
deposit equal to one month's boarding fee. This
deposit is fully refundable with a 30 day notice
before discontinuing boarding.
We want to make sure we would be a good fit for you
and your horse, and to to maintain the natural family
atmosphere we love so much. |

Services included are:
10x10 matted Box Stalls with
attached 30 foot gravel runs, leading to spacious paddocks, and then
back to our summer pastures. Horses have full access to
spacious run in sheds and fresh water supply. 2-3 times
a day feeding of alfalfa mix hay. Each horse has an individual diet plan
that may or may not include grain. Feed plans are based on the individual dietary needs for each horse*.
BRAMASOLE has
On-Call preventive Veterinary service, a regular Equine Dentist, and
exceptional Farrier
service. Outside emergency and diagnostic services are available, as
well.
Boarders
will have
access to a large wash rack, tack house, 60 foot round pen, 22
acres of trails, and a spacious new lit outdoor arena with wood
rails and sand footing.

HORSES GAINING ENTRY FOR BOARDING OR LESSONS ARE REQUIRED TO
HAVE THE FOLLOWING, WITHIN (6) SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO ENTRY:
NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST, INFLUENZA/
RHINO (IN or IM), Tetanus, EEE & WEE,
WEST NILE and RABIES.
*Horses can not enter without current
EIA/ Coggins test.
If vaccines need to be updated, they
can be given upon arrival at owner's expense.
